"The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Our room and bathroom were nicely appointed, with space to move around and store our items. Loved the window that opened to enjoy the view of Lake Annecy and the mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most spoke English well (as with anywhere in France, always start with "bonjour"). We arranged for a reserved parking space in their snug-but-manageable underground parking area. It is an easy 3-4 minute walk from the hotel to the main old town...

"In summary, the hotel is nice. My only concern was that I booked a prestige room with balcony. However, the last floor (8th floor) rooms have no balcony. I requested to change my room and I got another one in the next day with balcony."

"A rustic hotel with awesome views of Mont Blanc. A hotel with old charm for visitors who came with the sole purpose of skiing back in the days. The amenities were minimal but we liked the experience. The room was spacious for 4 and the beds were comfortable. We didn't bother getting the hotel breakfast as there a couple of good patisseries close by for fraction where you can get breakfast for a fraction of the cost.
