"Check in procedure was diabolical. No clear signs, no clear idea what building to check into. People milling about with absolutely no idea where to go. We walked (no mean feat in the mountains) to one building as there were no signs on the building the email directed us to, and luckily, they found our booking, but we were at the wrong hotel. "The single bed mattresses and supplied pillows were very worn and uncomfortable. There was no cushion backing to one side of the table area, making it very uncomfortable to use. Our room was directly above the ski locker which was very loud. The air inside our accommodation was very dry so we had to take measures to increase the humidity at night. "We absolutely loved this hotel! We had amazing views and relaxation from our balcony overlooking the lake. The room was quite spacious with a very comfortable bed! We also loved the small details — the robe and slippers, blankets for sitting on the balcony, adapter plug, umbrella, etc. The Le Table restaurant in the hotel was amazing also. The quality of the meal for the low cost was unbelievable. Pro tip: If you are on the fence between a lake view terrace or a lake view balcony, go for the balcony. It’s the exact same view. Can’t wait for our next visit! "
