For non-Londoners, you cannot pay with cash to take the bus and need to get a bus pass or Oyster card from merchant down the street which is about a 10 to 15 min walk away. It is located in the better half of a duplex which is greatly in need of repair. The first impression when you walk in is not favourable. "Great location, felt very safe at night. Close to transportation but also very walkable area. The only thing I wish there was an outdoor area for hotel guests to sit out or relax, there wasn’t much outdoor private spaces and right outside the hotel is busy. "

"Great location for getting somewhere quick being on Westminster Bridge. Loved the cafe Ille? Restaurant food that I had was okay, just didn’t enjoy the low seating in the main room. Staff were amazing and helpful. My daughter and her family also stayed there very happy also. I would come back again!!"
