"Second time staying here this year. Location is a stone throw away from an underground so perfect when travelling with children.
Hotel was clean, staff were all super friendly and room was all in all very comfortable and spacious.

Breakfast was excellent - A buffet breakfast that is not just the usual fare
Only slight downgrade was the check-in process ... Everyone needed their own ID, and all were taken and painstakingly entered into the system. And then, at 3pm the rooms weren't ready so we had to wait a little, and then be showed to our rooms one room at a time (we weren't allowed to just go find them ourselves)"
