Our stay was great! We took the weekend to get to know the area where our son is going to college. It was right in the middle of everything so plenty of dining options! Very clean and had all the amenities of home!! Only reason why I did not give a perfect score was the traffic from the main road In front of the hotel was loud at night (not really something the hotel themselves can control, it’s just a very busy area) and the breakfast was just ok.

I loved the girl at the desk that check me in! She was so sweet, kind and very helpful. Loved having access to coffee 24 hrs a day and the cookies were a good hold over until breakfast the next morning at the hotel Breakfast was also very good. The room was very clean and nice. Check out was a breeze. Great stay, great place.

Close to track competition

The room was very clean and the layout was very conducive to our needs. My favorite part was that the hotel had fresh cookies in the lobby for the guests.

Check-in was easy. Lady at the desk was very helpful. She gave us directions to several places. The room was very nice and clean. We had 2 queen beds and a sofa. There were 3 of us and that gave us plenty of space. The bathroom was modern and very clean. Breakfast was good. Quiet a variety of foods to choose from. Hotel was very convenient to all locations. Lots of nearby restaurants. We walked to dinner. Hotel staff was very nice and the cookies/coffee in the lobby was an added plus.

Traveling from Maryland to Mississippi and we were beat. Front desk (Anthony?) person was fantastic helping this weary traveler check in. Morning saw a beautiful selection for breakfast and cheerful faces offering to help any way they could. Totally recommend this hotel and will chose them again.

Anytime I come to Knoxville this is my place to stay. Clean and comfortable room, the staff are great. I will be back in a week or so.

I like the close proximity to many events.

Has a microwave

Requested a ground floor room and that accommodation was met. I was able to park in front of the room which had outside access allowing me to step out for a smoke. Room was clean and neat as has always been the case on my previous visits. This hotel is in close proximity to a multitude of excellent dining options. Easy to get to downtown Knoxville and UT campus from here in about 10 minutes. The only problem I had was the clerk scanned my charge card and posted a $240 charge and a $40...
