"Check in was simple and we left our luggage pre-stay whilst meeting a friend travelling on a later train. Room was clean and stocked with amenities in bathroom and fresh milk and bottled water in fridge. Overnight the room was quite warm even with heat on low. Windows opened but then a little noisy due to proximity of theatre and train station (both handy for us as we were on a theatre trip). Breakfast was pleasant and tasty. Checkout as easy as check-in. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout the stay. "

"There was a slight issue with a previous guests item in our room upon arrival which was immediately addressed by staff (Alice was amazing!!) and I was offered an upgrade to an amazing suite and a drink on the house. The hotel is beautiful, well situated in the city centre close to everything you need. Overall it was an amazing stay and it’s clear that the hotel cares deeply for ensuring every stay meets their expectation and when it doesn’t, they go above and beyond to rectify that. "The friendliest of welcomes on arrival. Very smart, clean room. Some room highlights included the fast WiFi, pod coffee machine, sky TV channels, mini fridge. Good hotel location - Liverpool One is about 5mins walk away and lots of smart bars and restaurants in the hotel area."
