"The room was very small, and the bigger problem is that it gets extremely hot during the day. There's no air conditioning, and the windows only open partway, so there's no way to cool the room down or get proper airflow. I didn't sleep well the whole stay.
Housekeeping was also a letdown — the towels had stains on them and hair, so I ended up drying myself with napkins. That's not something you expect at any price point.

"We had a great stay for one night to celebrate my son’s 16th birthday. The moment we walked through the door the staff were friendly and attentive, the property is very new and fresh. I had contacted the hotel before hand to ask for a higher room and this was granted.
