"Do not stay in a basement room! The noise from people trundling their suitcases in the corridor above is horrendous! Like a plane landing! The staff showed no interest in moving me to another room…. At £259 for a basement noisy room I will never stay in this hotel again. Appalling noise and equally bad crass customer service!"

Had to run it through twice. Hot food was more lukewarm. Nice variety. Easy access to things. Staff was friendly and helpful in getting taxis and storing our luggage."
