"Excellent hotel, fantastic staff, rooms were beautiful and extremely comfortable. TV didn’t work so well but that didn’t bother us. However found the pool area to be dirty and this really let the hotel and staff down. We went 2 days in a row, early morning, and nothing had improved on the 2nd visit. "

"The staff are the saving grace of this hotel. They were helpful and caring. As a Disabled user I found the room given was not that shown on Expedia website. Was unable to have access to a shower the first night. Changed rooms for following two nights. Space for wheelchair limited. Lifts to rooms small. Couldn’t charge phone or hearing aids as no usb outlets. Not really geared up to solo disabled travellers"

"We had a triple room in the annex building. Room had a decent size and in good condition, but a bit hot and air conditioning system made too much noise to leave on for long. Bed was a bit hard. Otherwise staff was really helpful and nice, and location is great, close to many restaurants, buses and shops, Victoria station is just 10 minutes walk away."
