"We arrived about 20/30 minutes early so I text the host to see if we could go in early. So while we waited for a response we checked out the hot tub and the outdoor furniture and games. The top for the hot tub was off and it was really dirty. I text the host again and ask to get a call asap. He did respond and he had someone there within a few minutes to clean it out and refill it. "I would like to start by saying the host was awesome. Communication between us too was amazing, very fast responses. We had an issue with the coffee pot not working and we had another one at the front door within a matter of hours. Always answered any questions we had and was willing to give us tips and references about the local area. The house was very accommodating and had every amenity that you could think of. The game room was great for kids even adults. Been vacationing at Crystal Beach...
