"Nice hotel in a nice, safe location but there are several things that were not as expected, some of which they can try to improve upon. This was based on our 11 day stay.
•There is traffic noise if your room faces the street, but there is little or no noise from the corridor or the other rooms.
•We were on the fourth floor. One Wednesday morning around 7:15, all the down-going elevators reaching our floor were full. As result my wife, who could not use the stairs, was unable to go down to the ground floor to say goodbye to departing relatives. She waited over 15 minutes without success.
•The room could use stronger lighting for reading.
•The couch had several large stains, it needs to be dry cleaned or reupholstered.
•The paint of the walls could use touch ups.
•The breakfast option is only for a buffet breakfast. The hotel should offer breakfast a la carte for people like us that generally have a light breakfast.
•The operation of the TV and the various channels is complicated. There should had been instructions in the room. There was a sign in the table to use a QR code to get information about the TV, but when checked it did not contain information regarding how to operate it. We had hotel personnel come twice to our room to help us with the TV, and we got different instructions.
•For the five first days our room did not have Kleenex, when I found out that other rooms had it the reception desk provided a box. We had a cold, we needed them.
