"This apartment is NOT like the photos.The plaster was coming off the walls in chunks. The shower had VERY LOW PRESSURE and it went from scalding hot to cold.The kitchen tap was very loose. The apartment was dirty. The furniture was dirty and in bad condition.The curtains could not be opened because the windows looked directly into the hall. The owner did not leave enough linens for our 16 night stay. There were no instructions of how to dispose of the garbage. The neighbour had a loud party....

"Overall, the property looks like the pictures but what the pictures don't show: -> no curtain on one of the windows which has a streetlight right behind it, not cool at night... -> no covers or blankets in November -> no help from the management even after saying they would drop blankets, had to eventually bring our own borrowed from family -> VERY noisy door from the building -> ground floor with windows giving straight on the street but no curtains of any kind on one of the windows so you...

But luckily their customer service helped us figure it out. The place itself was great. Clean new and easy to get everywhere. "
