"Pets was nice, I like them, dog was nice, cat was coming my room on the morning, when I was leaving, it brings to mind my youth. I have pets myself earlier, not I am traveloing too much. Andrea was nice and helpful as like whole family. THANKS!!! Pool was under repair, no problems. Very good instruction find restsurant near by. I loved!!! I will be back!"

"this is a basic dormitory room with shared toilet, showers and kitchen, although not stated. It is more like a very expensive backpackers hostel and unreposnive staff/website with invalid numbers that even the booking company could not contact. It took two hours to get inside after the taxi ride. It was unsafe for vulnerable people."

"It was fabulous!! Very clean and we loved how we felt there. Whenever we needed anything we messaged them on Whatsapp and they responded really quickly. Would stay here again!"

"Hotel fantasma,,he pagado un hotel fantasma,,, toque a la puerta y nadie respondió "

"J’ai passé un bon séjour. Pas de dérangement. Tout était fonctionnel. La seule chose ce sont les frais qui s’appliquent en plus si votre vol est retardé et que vous arrivez après 23 h ou à 23 h qui m’ont dérangé mais après ça tout était top"

"Terrible. This is an very expensive hostel, not an airbnb type room. You should share everything except the very small room. Do NOT stay."

"Very good!!"

"The spaces were extremely clean, the location was great, really near to Prado Museum"
