"Wonderful stay at the Riu. The staff always ready to help, the breakfast amazing, the room comfortable with an amazing view of Plaza de España and lastly the rooftop magnificent with 360 views of Madrid!"

"Pleasantly surprised by the Hard Rock Hotel in Madrid. The room was snug, but was as expected. The shower and water closet were larger than anticipated. The mattress and pillows were great! Check-in was a breeze. Looking forward to returning in the future to enjoy the pool and outside area in the summer."

"Incredibly satisfied with our stay at Urban Hive. Isabella at the front desk was so amazing, so accommodating, helpful, and just a wonderful person. The location was great, a couple blocks from Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace, San Miguel market, and other major sites. The room was super clean and well equipped. Our balcony view was beautiful. Did not use the downstairs bar/restaurant but it looked very cool. Would definitely stay again if back in Madrid."

"Excellent property, rooms, staff, breakfast. Negative we booked two twin beds when we got there they did not have. We then had to pay more for a family room. It was noisy outside due to protests but outside hotel control"
