We stayed here 5 nights, the best nights of our Spain trip. Just half an hour from the center of Madrid. Quiet, accessible to shopping center, walkable distance to supermarkets like Mercadona and Aldi. It was clean, comfortable, great communication with the lobby, spacious, we couldn’t have had a better stay.

This place was in the perfect location for touring Madrid. We loved retiro park. Everything about the place was easy. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

We traveled as a family of four, and chose the VP Mardono because it was situated close to family. The hotel is very quiet and clean, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. It is conveniently located near the metro (Diego de Leon stop) and several bus lines. There is lots of shopping nearby, and it is easy to walk to several major parts of the city from the hotel (we easily walked to Plaza de Sol and Plaza de Espana). Lots of space, great location, very clean. Everything great except for the Wifi was very spotty slow.

The location was amazing, the unit was great and the bed super comfy!! The bathroom was super clean and the kitchen very nice and complete with all the utensils and appliances. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby! Highly recommended!

The hotel was clean and conveniently located near a metro station, with comfortable rooms that made for a pleasant stay. While there was no daily service, it wasn’t an issue for me. However, parking was challenging, as I had to park far from the hotel. On checkout day, my room keys were deactivated at 11 am, which delayed retrieving my bags. Despite these minor inconveniences, it was a good value for the price paid.

Attractive exterior and very clean throughout the building. Beds were comfortable and bathroom shower was great. Wonderful to have kitchen facilities and coffee. Definitely would recommend

The hotel is located very close to old town of Madrid. Very close to all the attractions and the metro is right outside of the hotel. The staff is very friendly. We stayed at 12th floor. The view is beautiful.

Turned out to be a great place to stay. We had room 1 and it was a legitimate apartment - very large. The guy who manned the desk communicated with us great before and during our stay. He came in early to let us in as our flight was in the morning. The common areas are so-so, but the apartment was modern and clean. Great shower by European standards - fully enclosed with great pressure and hot water and actually larger than a phone booth. The location is great - about a minute to the metro and...

An alternative to a traditional hotel

Nice hotel. Location was ok. Without knowing geographical locations in Spain, it did the trick. I spent one night there. Nearby is a restaurant called Abrazzas. Peruvian food was delicious
