"Although the hotel seems like a luxury hotel, there exists huge issues that you feel uncomfortable the minute you enter the hotel. In summary: Pros: Really helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast and good coffee, gym, really spacious and secure indoor parking. Cons: Non-smoking room and sheets smell cigarettes, dirty room (stained carpets, dirty and stained sofa pillows), technical problems in room amenities (our TV had a broadcast issue, so we had no TV first night, hot water was not coming...
