"Great hotel "

"We absolutely loved our stay. The Penthouse suite had amazing views of Istanbul. We managed to spot some of the iconic buildings such as the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and Galata Tower. The beds were so comfortable and overall the 4 bedroom suite was more rhan adequate for a family of 5. . "

"We arrived the reception was full of smoke of cigarettes, the lovely lady took us to the apartment I notice that is not the one I booked. I told and showed her she told me that a 2 bedroom apartment, but i said that not what was on the hotel.com site. I told her I am willing to pay the different but I don't want this apartment. She said she will speak to the manager and get back to me. The next next day i spoke to the manager i told him the place is small and u can't even seat in the...
