"The staff always accommodate our leaving my mother’s car while we drive her south to be with family. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We choose this hotel every time we go to Tyler. The breakfast set up with one small cup dispenser for coffee was a little hard for those of us who are hearty coffee drinkers. "

"Stayed for 3 nights. Was so nice to be close to everything. One bed was hard, the other was next to perfect. We had a light bulb out, and they fixed it. We had issues with the elevator, they fixed it-the same day! I’ve never stayed at a hotel where the staff was so eager to please! What could have been better was a bigger tub and a cleaner pool. The water had a weird smell; not sure if it was the chemicals in it or not. We will definitely stay here again should we get the chance!"
