So helpful, so industrious, answering phone calls checking people in responding to guest texts, he remembered my name about airport shuttle pickups, so friendly and professional. I was disappointed that I had to call an Uber to go to the airport as the shuttle only starts running at 5am which isn't early enough to make a 7am flight. 😔. But 5 stars for Oscar!! "
