"Our stay was great! There were 16 of us and most of us hadn't seen one another since our last gathering prior to Covid. Best feature of the house is the Kitchen level !Plenty of room for all to hang out and catch up comfortably.It was so nice to have our coffee in the morning on the outside deck ! The kitchen was fully stocked which made preparing meals and snacks a breeze.The weather was outstanding, so we did make good use of the pool. The beach area was beautiful and uncrowded.The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The owners, Mike and Carol, responded to the few concerns we had promptly. There are a lot of steps at the house and beach entrance so you are sure to get your steps in by the end of your stay! Please note that our group didn't need to use the top bunk beds - this might be a challenge for some folks if your larger group is adult / senior adult only.All in all, I would definitely recommend this home for large groups and I would stay here again! Thank you Mike and Carol for all you did to make our stay memorable !"

"This was exactly what we were hoping for! We had a great time being a family together enjoying all the neighborhood had to offer--the tennis courts, basketball courts, gym, walked to the beach and loved walking the neighborhood. The house is older, but has some updated furniture that felt clean. Their are definitely things that need updating, but could not ask for more with this pricepoint. Would return! And the rental company was great and very responsive & communicative. Thank you!"
