"Friendly reception staff, modern layout and styling, window view wasn't much but practically the room ticked all the boxes. Air conditioning kept me cool in the middle of a heatwave. Location is perfect and slept surprisingly well given that it is right next to the train station."

"We arrived and were booked in promptly. Room was lovely and clean. There was a window slightly open which was welcome and a fan that worked as well.. A little concerned at first as we could see work being carried out on the road just below our bedroom window but thankfully they didn’t do any so it was quiet. Breakfast was very good. Beds clean and comfortable. It’s an old building and dated as to be expected. Impressed with the chandeliers Would stay again. Very reasonable price."
