"The breakfast is amazing, spa is amazing too. The only thing i did not like was getting stares from the locals. Its not ok. I know the hotel cant help that but i would like to make the American traveler aware. You will get stares."

"The stay started poorly due to the hotel’s shuttle being very difficult to locate, which resulted in an unexpected €25 taxi fare. When I raised this at reception, the response was dismissive and not helpful. The initial room I was given was dark, dated, and overlooked the parking lot. When I asked to change rooms, I was told I would need to pay extra, and my concerns were not taken seriously at first. To their credit, after seeing how unhappy I was, the staff eventually made an effort to improve the situation. However, the overall experience was disappointing"

"We stayed in a "delux" bungalow.... it was hardly delux. yes it was clean but it was very basic ... there is a fridge but no cups/glasses/plates/kettle ect ... Location wise it was fine , a bus & a metro ride to most of the sites "

"Customer service was excellent. Filipino man receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Location was perfect!! Train was 2 min walk and bus to the airport was cheap and just across the street. Will stay again!! "
