"Very very enjoy this place - the family suite room we had was excellent and it felt like we were living in a palace. The staff was good helping us get cars and being attentive whenever we came to the lobby but they didn’t tell us about some of the perks like the night cruise and hanfu clothing which was a shame. "Really loved the luxury of the property, super nice. The breakfast was great as well. Staff was good, but needed to be more friendly to English speakers, if they can. Rooms were fantastic. Only thing I was frustrated about was that the front desk did not honor my Hilton honors rewards because I booked through a 3rd party site, which I have done numerous times before and gotten credit. Pretty silly policy that was not mitigated. "
