"This is one of the most spectacularly designed hotels I have ever experienced. And I've been around. It feels like a garden oasis and museum just as much as a hotel. No cost to create a mesmerizing interior was spared. A far cry from the typical 5 star tower with predictable, boring environment. "⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wow—an absolutely stunning stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou! The hotel is breathtaking, especially the classical Chinese gardens—peaceful, elegant, and incredibly beautiful. Walking through the grounds feels like stepping into a painting. The staff are genuinely warm, attentive, and super helpful, making the whole experience effortless and welcoming. One of the highlights was renting a hanfu dress directly at the hotel. The collection is gorgeous, with so many beautiful styles to choose from, and the service was truly professional—from fitting to styling. It made the entire experience feel authentic and special. Everything about this stay was amazing. Highly, highly recommended! 🌸"
