"Behzat and his staff make you feel home from the first second you’re there. He runs an amazing team. The food is outstanding and we received a room upgrade without having to ask for anything. Behzat recommended a Mosel wine stand a couple of blocks from the hotel and we had a great time sitting in the sun with a bottle of wine at an affordable price. Thanks guys, great job and we’ll be back for a longer stay!"

"I didn’t appreciate there not being anyone in reception upon my arrival. The front door was locked and I had no idea how to get into the hotel. I tried calling the hotel number with no answer. I had to walk around the back to find an open door. My key was just left in an envelope on the front desk with a note in German I didn’t understand. I couldn’t figure out the room key and it took me 20 minutes to try to get into my room. The next morning there was still no one in reception that could help...

"Die Einrichtung ist zusammengeschustert, bei Einzelbuchung darf man das Doppelbett ( sind zwei getrennte Betten) nicht nutzen, es steht ein ganz einfaches Bett im Vorzimmer. Fenster waren bei Ankunft gekippt, dadurch war es sehr kalt im Zimmer. Fernseher mit Receiver etwas altmodisch. Einrichtung teilweise kaputt, z.b. "Telefonisch schlechte Erreichbarkeit obwohl auf der Homepage steht, dass bis 22 Uhr besetzt. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet. Die Matratzen gehören jedoch dringend ausgetauscht. Die Bettdecke und Kissen waren katastrophal,alles sehr einfach gehalten und absolut kein Wohlfühlfaktor. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.
