"This property was a bit of a walk from Namba Station but that's relative. The rooms were as expected from the chain however I did like the large selection of food at the breakfast buffet. If you're willing to do a little bit of walking Dottonbori is probably a 20 minute walk from the hotel. Other than the restaurant, I had little interaction with the hotel staff however that was also by design. The laundry facilities were convenient especially the ability to monitor your laundry devices from your room. I would likely stay at this property in the future."

"Great service! The room was a little small but it was perfect for sleep if you will be out in the city sight seeing and only sleeping at the hotel it’s perfect. I lived the pj that were given so everyone in the hotel wore them plus the onsen was great . Staff was great the cleaning staff was also great . Highly recommend "
