"We had an amazing stay at The Fairmont in Dallas to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary. From the moment we checked in, everyone we came in contact with went out of their way to go above and beyond in customer service. This was our first experience at a Fairmont Hotel and was by far the best hotel experience we ever had. Jack F and Philip P especially deserve recognition for outstanding service. We are from Chicago and will make it a point to stay at The Fairmont Dallas again! Superb hotel!!"

"My check in was super quick. Daniel informed me of the security deposit, breakfast , checkout , inquired if i needed a shuttle and when I asked about food close by he offered menus for pizza since i checked in so late . I have stayed in a LaQuinta in 30 yrs so I was pleasantly surprised. La Quinta got an upgrade! Clean room , spacious room and bathroom quite great coffee . My only complaint would be the pillows and the noisy unit but i slept and that’s what matters . Would definitely stay again."
