"To start, the hotel was insanely busy, but that doesn’t change the experience we had. I booked this hotel to have access to their water park area for my kids, which closes at 7 in the spring. We arrived just after the check in time and even using the valet, it took 45 minutes to get through check in. It then took almost an hour just to get in to an elevator because of how many people from the convention were trying to use it at the exact same time. We quick changed and ran back to the elevator, and that process took another 30 minutes, with how many people were waiting and the fact the elevator stopped at all 22 floors on the way down. By the time we weaved through the cluster of people and got to the water park, we had an entire 23 minutes to enjoy it. I understand a lot of this is outside the hotels control, but for the cost, I would have expected the organization of everything to be much better."

"Found a huge cockroach on my pillow 3am. Had to sleep in my car the rest of the night with small children. Management was not on sight and waited all day to speak with someone. Money was refunded. Please check under the pillows are bed before sleeping. We were told it’s a water front property and it’s expected. "
