"Parking was.a joke. They valet your car, then charge you and insane amout at checkout. Room itself was ok. But the shower was a joke. I was 20 minutes into a shower before i had hot water. Staff was not rude, but unapproachable altogether. Dark and drab is how i would describe the hotel. "

"A lot of the buttons in our suite to control the lights, curtains, etc. did not work. Staff was great. The floors in the restroom and bathroom could have been a lot more cleaner esepically considering we were in one of the most expensive suites."

"The staff consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism, exhibiting friendliness, courtesy, and comprehensive knowledge across all departments, including valet services. I anticipate utilizing this hotel's accommodations again in the future."

"Parking is dangerous, dirty and elevators are very slow and hard to get to rooms or underground parking. Our room was cold, no heat and they would not address it even though they said it would be fixed. Very noisy on 2nd floor or any room near elevators. "
