"It is going to be difficult to find a quality hotel and perfect location (inside the mall), as the Seda Hotel in the Cebu CBD. Plenty of services just few steps away, and endless entertainement"

"Location and cleaness is on TOP, but just Dissapointed with the breakfast, just not enough and its cheap."
