"Have requested my invoice for the deposit several times now and still not been sent it. Didnt get sent lock box code on day of check in at 4pm despite sending all required info. Had to call and ask for it to be sent at 5:30. Deposit system was difficult and not clear. Property itself was ok but not worth the hassle for a work stay. "

"The flat is tired but the main issue is that the flat beneath spent the whole weekend playing incredibly loud music, shouting, shrieking and banging around - and had a steady stream of males 'visiting' the flat across the weekend at all hours of the day and night - with a solitary female being in the flat. You can make your mind up as to what that flat is used for!My wife and daughter (who were staying there) were scared but plucked up courage to knock on the door and ask them to be quieter....

"This property served our needs well and we appreciated the close proximity to the Castle and other sights. We were in the upper unit, the guests in the lower unit did mention that the sounds from above carried through the floor making it quite noisy. If you have the option, choose the top floor. "

"Check-in was friendly and smooth. Room was spacious, clean and comfy; shower was particularly good. Only areas for improvement - there were couple of minor areas needing repair (card slot to turn on lights coming off and hand soap nozzle loose) and could do with more hangers in the wardrobe. Breakfast had a lot of choice and very good quality in a lovely setting. Location is very convenient for city centre. Overall a great stay and fantastic value for money, will definitely be back."
