"Excellent location for city centre shops. Hotel is nice and modern and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. Would use hotel again."

"Friendly staff, nice hot cooked breakfast, each item of breakfast food chosen from a menu, coffee very luke warm unfortunately, hotel clean, one small incident while we stayed but receptionist sorted it out straight away with understanding and courteous. The porter could have been a little more courteous and a little less grumpy but this didn't apply to the rest of the staff, they were kind and helpful."
