"No morning coffee. No breakfast nor a meaningful restaurant to grab lunch nor dinner. Definitely a B-rated hotel. Very noisy at night as it seems to be a hub for the younger group. We will not stay here again."

"I really love this property. I find that the lobby and surround area is super cute/cozy and Helen at the bar is fabulous. I hate to say this...but no matter what time I show up the front desk somehow makes sure I get into my room. The room has great bath sheets/robes/slippers and I love the Balmain bath products. Room service is prompt and in my opinion the food is really great! If you ask for anything they make it happen. "

"The staff is very friendly and professional, and the location is great for events at UPenn. The room and facilities overall could have been a bit cleaner and more organized when I first arrived, but it wasn’t anything major. There was also some distracting construction noise in the mornings, but I’m sure that’s temporary. "
