I got a late check out at 19:00 for 50% of the room price I paid , this was ideal for us. Staff were great at the reception and the housekeeping got us an iron quickly after asking and with a smile. "Great continental breakfast with good selection of hot food, breads and pastries. Location is fantastic at close walking distance to tube station. Overall condition is great and the room size is decent with good tv selection, inclusive of Netflix and YouTube. Only downside is the lack of AC so you will need to open the windows to ventilate and there isn't temperature control. A heater is present though. "
