"Spacious home, great floor plan for large family gatherings. A little far from parks - 30-40 minutes really with traffic. Basically clean, but not deeply, some hair in bathrooms, and dishes were grimy in the cupboards. Amenities based on time spent are lacking. We spent 9 days and received the following for the 6 bedroom home, 10 people: 2- dishwasher tabs 2 - kitchen garbage bags about 3 tables spoons of dish washing liquid 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. "Needs maintenance. Many lightbulbs burned out, pool table upstair leaning, pool stick broke, games in garage in rough shape, bathroom sink clogged. Bath towels in master, but no hand towels. Be prepared to spend first hour of your vacation shopping for necessities. The issues seem to stem from renters roughing up the place and the management company not paying attention to what needs fixing.
