"This hotel was good. The staff were very accommodating and we were lucky to get an early check in and renovated room. The room was clean. The only negative was the sofa bed was really uncomfortable. Other than that it was a nice experience. "

"stayed here for almost 2 weeks. pros: 1. location- steps away from the beach, few streets from Davie st where all the restaurants, cafes etc are 2. brand new house with a beautiful design! for me its better in person than the photos. also pretty complete (except for a coffee maker) 3. has a washer and dryer so we were able to do all our laundry at home cons: 1. construction ongoing right beside the property. not bothersome if you shut the windows 2. while there is free parking, it is like 1.5...

"Sam’s place is in a great location with lots of restaurants in walking distance. A newly renovated contemporary retreat with high end finishes and amenities. We have stayed at lots of vacations rentals around the world and I have never seen a comprehensive guide to rival Sam’s! He was so responsive and even came by to make sure everything was going well with our visit. Thank you Sam!"

"Our 5 days spent at the property were great. It is on great location that makes getting anywhere very easy. Taxi boats, bikeways straight to Stanley Park and public transport stops are just a few minutes away. The property is brand new so everything was looking great.
