They failed to mention that the pool didn't open until 230 so on her last day we woke up and went to take our kids swimming before we checked out at 11 like most hotels and it was closed when I tried to speak to it about the front end lady. She was condescending rude and they were very misleading and deceptive when we called to ask them before booking and they were dismissive when I talked to them and said it was posted on their website but yet we booked on Expedia definitely will not be staying here again probably worth the 20 minute drive to Canmore less money, equivalent hotel a lot friendly of staff.
