"When you travel, you can't help but compare with other hotels you stay at. We enjoyed this location - especially the shared living room with a view on the water. The rooms are large, clean and have been renovated. What I did not like is having to pay $50 for an early check in. Fine, we were super early. But we also left super early - 4am. I really wish hotels caught up with travelers - especially when the hotel is not full, the room is ready, and it doesn't cost them anything to accommodate. And this is not a corporately owned location. you make the choice to charge your customers! I work in the service industry where we do everything we can to accommodate customers. oh, and of course, the next location we stayed in did not charge us and we arrived even earlier. and yes, we will leave early there too! :) We would still stay here again if the price was right."
