Clean and great location

Great hotel. Would definitely stay again.

We (family of 4) stayed here for 4 nights. Had booked 2 separate rooms but were upgraded to a 2-bedroom apartment. Our stay was a faultless 5-star experience from start to finish. A big Thank You to all staff, who were all very kind and helpful. We especially liked the great view of Dubai Creek, The Frame and the downtown skyline incl. Burj Khalifa. Most attractions are only a short taxi ride away (~30 AED) and having the Union and Al Rigga metro stations nearby was a plus for our...

overall perfect stay

This is a great hotel. Lots of restaurant options. Very close to the airport but extremely quiet. Kind and attentive staff. Very clean. Couldn't be nicer.

The location was excellent. We could walk to the souq in 15-20 minutes. The water taxi to get across the creek was steps away And the airport 15 minutes away. The hotel is beautiful and our room well appointed.

A very beautiful property facing the Burj Khalifa. The mall was within walking distance even in the heat. The fountains out back were under construction which we did not know prior to making reservations but the hotel upgraded us to an incredible suite to make our stay special and memorable. The staff was super kind and helpful for everything from sending out our laundry to coordinating taxis to our destinations.

My mom and her friends stayed here when they were unexpectedly stranded in Dubai. The service provided by the front desk and the entire hotel staff was truly exceptional. I prepaid the room charge so the check-in was very quick. It should be noted that all hotels will still charge a small tourism fee at check in. The room was larger than many in the U.S.

Check in was great and they offered me water or juice while I waited. Staff were fantastic from desk staff to bell hop to housekeeping to security. The room was amazing in size , the bed and pillows super-comfortable, and having a fridge/stove top was great. The location is close to metro, restaurants, and a grocery store. I will definitely stay here again if back in Dubai.

The resort is top of the line in all areas. It's so beautiful and every detail complements the next. The staff are all professional and a delight to interact with. My 50th birthday in Dubai was like a dream come true. We can't wait to return.
