Clean and great location

We (family of 4) stayed here for 4 nights. Had booked 2 separate rooms but were upgraded to a 2-bedroom apartment. Our stay was a faultless 5-star experience from start to finish. A big Thank You to all staff, who were all very kind and helpful. We especially liked the great view of Dubai Creek, The Frame and the downtown skyline incl. Burj Khalifa. The location was excellent. We could walk to the souq in 15-20 minutes. The water taxi to get across the creek was steps away And the airport 15 minutes away. The hotel is beautiful and our room well appointed.

My mom and her friends stayed here when they were unexpectedly stranded in Dubai. The service provided by the front desk and the entire hotel staff was truly exceptional. Check in was great and they offered me water or juice while I waited. Staff were fantastic from desk staff to bell hop to housekeeping to security. The room was amazing in size , the bed and pillows super-comfortable, and having a fridge/stove top was great. The location is close to metro, restaurants, and a grocery store. I will definitely stay here again if back in Dubai.

I prepaid the room charge so the check-in was very quick. It should be noted that all hotels will still charge a small tourism fee at check in. The room was larger than many in the U.S.

This hotel located 5 minutes away from the ‘Union’ metro station by walk. Also, big shopping mall is connected with the hotel. The shopping mall has many stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. All hotel staff members are very friendly and knowledgeable. I love the hotel and I will stay again when I go back to Dubai.
