We weren't able to get into the place until 5 p.m., which is ridiculous. And keep in mind that there is no refund on this place. My kids and I would have been happier at the Best Western. The only thing great about this place was the cleaning staff, who we saw on a regular basis, and they were actually the ones to let us in with a code - the entry code was never even sent to us.
