"We spent two weeks in this lovely cottage. It was very peaceful and quiet. The welcome pack was very much appreciated, especially the homemade bread. Tim, the owner,, made us so welcome and couldn't do enough for us. The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting outside in the beautiful large garden. on our return from a day out.On the last day our ferry had been cancelled and Tim was there to help us. We wouldn't hesitate to book again."

"Firstly have to say Henry Adams staff have been amazing as due to our house sale falling through we could extend our stay no problem. The house is in a perfect location and lovely garden for the pups, great gardener and communication with HA staff.. The home is very dated and unfortunately uncomfortable (we ordered a sofa early just to have somewhere comfortable to relax ) I didn’t feel it was cleaned very well when we arrived but that was rectified quickly! "Grove Lodge was the perfect choice for our family of 8 adults celebrating my father's 100th birthday. The ground floor ensuite bedroom was perfect for him. The house was clean and very well equipped. As we had goodcweather we were able to enjoy the lovely private garden. My only disappointment was the back garden wasn’t secure, hole into neighbours garden, so couldn’t let my sister in laws dog out unleashed and there was poo either from a stray animal or previous renter."
