No smoking inside the home or up to twenty feet away from the home
No pets – sorry - including emotional support animals (we have a child who is allergic)
No parties or events – quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM
Please treat the space as your own and lock up when you leave

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire home — all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, backyard, patio, and garage are yours to enjoy during your stay.
The only space not accessible is the basement, which is securely set aside for storage of extra supplies to better support your stay. Rest assured, you’ll have complete privacy and everything you need for a comfortable, carefree visit.
