"Staff friendly and helpful , breakfast varied and plentiful .Airport shuttle didn't arrive until well after our flight landed so we had to wait over an hour for the next one (if you land after 4pm the next one doesn't come until after 7pm ) .Rooms airy and spacious .This is a busy hotel so even though there are at least 6 elevators for each tower you may have to wait at peak times .Overall cleanliness was excellent ,we only stayed 1 night as travelling through to meet family outside of Manila but would recommend as close to the airport and quiet once inside and beds comfy "

"BREAKFAST IS ALWAYS THE BEST. THE STAFF IS EXCELLENT AND VERY HELPFUL. I HAVE BEEN STAYING AT THE HERITAGE FOR ABOUT 20 YEARS NOW. THE STAFF ALL THE WAY FROM THE FRONT DESK TO THE MANAGEMENT, ARE VERY IMPRESSIVE. I FEEL LIKE I AM HOME WHEN I STAY THERE AND THE VALUE IS GREAT, NOT ANOTHER HOTEL THIS NICE FOR THE PRICE. "The breakfast selection was great, room was clean, and the amenities were good. Our queen bed room on the 7th floor had a great view of the church next door and its massive stain glassed windows as well as down the Main Street. The toilet in my room kept clogging which was pretty frustrating but luckily we had two rooms so we just used my kids toilet. Overall a good experience if you’re there for transitional stay as the airport is right next door. "

"After 3 weeks moving around the Philippines and staying in 6 or 7 different hotels this one was the best by far. Quiet air-con that actually kept the room cool. Quiet fridge. Airport view from room (always something moving to look at. Double glazing so nice and quiet. Hot water and drains that work. Close to all Newport has to offer. Helpful, friendly staff. Will definitely recommend to friends and stay there again. "

"The staff were always lovely. It’s close to the SM Mall of Asia. There’s a Jollibees and convenience store just downstairs and a lovely coffee shop, Filc, around the corner. Close to the airport. However, the rooms are small and a bit outdated. The aircon is old school and loud but it drowns out the noise from the busy road outside. The shower leaked so the bathroom floor gets wet. It was safe though. I would stay again for a short trip. "

"Buffet is nice but not for that amount of money. Two guest 5,800 peso is too expensive. That’s $100 American dollars and nothing there was that special. Breakfast was 3,600 peso for two cheaper but still expensive. There not serving steaks and lobster. Food is mostly room temperature unless you’re order an omelet. There is a lot to pick from but be real. You can’t eat 50 different things. It’s could be a little more realistic and half the price then it would be sensible. "

"It is small even our family is only 3 it will make you fell cramped. MOA is the bonus it is more like 15 minutes walk not 9 minutes."

"Conveniently located near Mall of Asia (20 min walking or a short Grab ride) and the airport (Grab ride- T1), our stay at Shore Residences was comfortable and accessible. The unit and the lobby were very clean and smelled good. The unit has all the amenities like hot water in the shower, kitchen utensils, fridge, microwave, kettle, and the A/C was cold. The host was very responsive and prepared the pass and check in instructions in advance for us. Use of pool and the gym had extra charges and were communicated in advance. There were no surprises there. One thing to note is that the reception will not entertain nor keep any parcels or deliveries ordered ie food or shopee so we need to make arrangements to meet delivery guys. Overall a pleasant stay! "
