Also double charged my account for our food and drink, removed eventually. But still was a live charge on my credit card for a week."

This hotel used to be a favourite but has now become to corporate. £8 to park overnight for one night while a guest of the hotel is just a hidden charge that should be included in the room rate. Reception staff and manager showed appalling service. Redeeming factor was an excellent breakfast."
