"Check in was perfect Alex was great, she showed us were our room was and booked a taxi for us. Room was perfectly spotless and great view of the gardens. Also had food in the restaurant again was outstanding. The faciluties are fantastic. We will be back to stay would definiyely book for a spa weekend. "

"Really nice looking property with easy parking. Food was excellent and location was out of the way quiet but still easy to get to. Some negatives was that the matteress was old and soft so you rolled toward the center and one of the receptionists had limited people skills. No conversation loke 'good morning, how was your stay.... anything and one of the advertised benefits of that roaring fire was not kept alight so any though of having a drink after dinner infront of it ..you can forget. Consideringvwe were there when it was snowing what a missed opportunity. Rest of the team were good. Would i go back.... no, i dont think so as the beds so bad, foods pricy ( but amazing) and the lounge a bit unwelcoming without that roaring fire."
