"There is lots to say about this property. First rubbish/trash left outside from last tenant, shower drainage issues, then flood through ceiling from drain upstairs. Insecticide powder across patio doorway. No communication from hosts about any of these things. Not really ready for people to stay in this state. "

"Neat and tidy house in a brand new estate (only really this one street completed, although could not really hear the building work that was going on). Sleeps 6 people in 3 double beds, but only catered for four anywhere else - 4 dining chairs, 4 dinner plates, 4 mugs etc. Main facilities are very nice and looks trendy, but the kitchen was poorly equipped at the start of our stay (no washing up sponge provided, no oven glove and some of the knives in the block were starting to rust.
