"Excellent hôtel, right in the center of town,parking valet or self parking available but expensive as expected. Staff was friendly and super attentive, Cafe restaurant right in the hotel. The best is the hotel is at walking distance to everything downtown also bus available up the street on Michigan Ave. Great experience!!"

"This is a great place to stay if you’re visiting Chicago! Right in the heart of downtown. Within walking distance to Millennial Park and all the shops on Michigan Avenue. Only 35 minutes from O’Hare. The staff were courteous and the hotel is beautiful! I would definitely stay here again!"
