The dining was fantastic, the rooms were large and clean with amazing views and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were so impressed with everything and will definitely stay here again. "

When we got to our room there was no toilet paper, tissues, or soap and the front desk staff said they'd send some up ASAP, but we still didn't have any after we went downstairs for dinner and drinks. After we called again, someone brought us toilet paper. The room also could have used a fan as it got pretty warm at night."

"On arrival at Waterside Hotel, found the car park was mostly filled with work vans, so wondered if it was the right choice for a couple, but on entering we found the staff friendly and helpful, the room was basic but clean, the TV was set on the dressing table blocking the mirror.
