"I did a week of solo snowboarding and had a great time. The shuttle made getting around town very convenient. The hotel restaurants were not the best but they had plenty to choose from with even more options next door. Definitely enjoyed the fact that the lifts were literally right outside. The ski locker made it very convenient and did not cause any problems whatsoever. Thank you Hilton staff."

"The room was great! Bathtub in the bathroom was amazing! The SkiJapan staff were excellent with arranging our transfer from the airport and even met us at the bus stop late at night, gave us a ride to the property and helped check us in. They also provided welcome snacks which was a great surprise. We truly enjoyed our stay. Location in Lower Hirafu is perfect, walkable to everything but in a quieter part of town.
