"Have some of the most amazing and tranquil views imaginable of the lake. This hotel is away from the main town but offers a shuttle several times through the day and it is only a 10 minute ride highly recommend taking a ferry to the island in the middle of Lake Toya. The beds were super comfortable, and the food was traditional Japanese, which is not my favorite, but was good quality and generous. "Overall the resort stay is good value for money (summer), it has everything onsite, amusement park, shopping, food etc. some downside could be: the hotel room bathroom being a little dated, they don't do cleaning daily, but they do at least change your towels for you. Being a hotel, noise from your neighbors could be a problem (talking loudly in their room or outside in the corridors, slamming the door etc esp at night or in the early morning). They also provide coffee bags and teas in room....
"This place is truly exceptional !!!! All the staffs are very very helpful and they are always there for any needs. Especially, Taeyang Jang & Muzuka?(at the Chinese restaurant) were just so great!! Also, the ladies at the reservation center arranged our restaurant bookings amazingly! Our group was very large (15 people) but every single person had great memories here. I travel all around the world but this hotel is in every way perfect. "
