The hotel is perfectly located on Upper Hirafu with excellent accessibility, the rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated and well-appointed (only lacking a full length mirror), the property is perfectly maintained and the staff are excellent and always try to go out of their way to help you. The staff provides a free private van shuttle during the day to and from the resort or to and from any local shops or restaurants, with a little notice.
